Skeeter Boat: ZX200 - 200HO Evinrude Etec

I started fishing ABT bream tournaments in 2007 and quickly started making an impact on the tournament fishing circuit.

I have accumulated multiple top 10 finishes over the past 4 years including runner up at the 2008 Bream Grand Final, grabbing a berth on Series 7 of the AFC.

Fishing for Team Hobie out of a Skeeter ZX190, the boys ripped up the field at Redcliffe.

I would have to say I rate Moreton Bay as my most happy hunting ground, having won both the 2009 Gold Coast Super Series and the 2010 Bribie Island Qualifier. It’s interesting to note that this first win in 2009 was my first outing in my current Skeeter ZX200!

I have placed runner up in the 2008, 2009 and 2010 Qld Bream Open and finally cracked a convincing win in 2011.

I have also claimed top honours at the 2009 Brisbane International Boat Show (BIBS) Invitational.

Skeeter boats are hands down the best tournament craft on the market today. The lay out and design means a comfortable days fishing in any given conditions.

I am currently in a SKEETER ZX200 powered by an Evinrude Etec 200HO. I’ve got the optioned passenger console which, not only looks the goods but, is super comfortable for my co-angler.

The front of the boat is powered by a Minn Kota Fortrex 82lb electric motor.

My machine is wrapped in a distinctive purple and yellow Bassday wrap that turns heads from miles away.

If you want a boat that will turn heads and improve your fishing, SKEETER is the only place you need to look. This is a range of boats designed by fishermen for fishermen! Everything is exactly where you want it, from the multiple cool storage areas to the extended rod lockers, this is a boat that makes everything easy.

Combine this with a great ride and handling in all conditions, excellent safety and speed to boot and you’ve got yourself a machine that is a pleasure to drive and fish from!
